Phenomenal experience start to finish. Gentleman that helped us with the onboarding process was very thorough to show us how everything works. Every time I had a question, he would call me back within seconds with perfect support. This was truly a great experience from the customer service, the quality of the RV, the smooth ride, and final drop off. Everything about this company is what shows true professionalism and I would highly recommend using them for RV rentals or purchases!

The Overall vehicle was fine, but there were some aspects to the camper that did not work from the start. Two main things that didn't work in the vehicle was 1) the RV batteries didn't hold a charge. This made it impossible to charge any devices, keep lights on, use the water pump, water heater, etc etc. unless we had the generator constantly running or the truck running itself. Basically after quiet hours at the camp site (10pm-8am) we couldn't use anything. Very inconvenient, which we rented this camper to have some convenience. 2) the fridge would not stay cold (maybe because of the batter charge issue?) which caused us to lose $150 worth of food on the first day. We had to go spend another 150 on new food and then maintain every thing in a cooler for 5 days, which we had to buy ice every day. This is another convenience we were hoping to have but did not. All else were ok but these two impacted the trip significantly. I would recommend the RV company to do a better check on how it is operating and not rely on client feedback to understand whats wrong with the vehicle AFTER the trip, especially for the price that it cost to rent a RV and all else outside of the RV it self, these trips are not cheap by any means.

The trailer was just what we needed for our camping trip. The pick up and drop off process went smoothly and they were very responsive to any questions we had!

We are really happy with the service we received. The price was very reasonable, and the RV was clean and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the kids and family, everything was just perfect. Thank you, Adam, for making this trip great for my family.

1. Time of pickup I was told all tanks were empty. ( I didn’t verify ), while in transit I felt sloshing,
when I arrived at my destination I hooked up and checked.. sure enough…. Black and gray tanks decent amount. I’m sure some poor guy got charged previously and I paid for it🤬.
2. The shower leaked so bad the entire bathroom floor flooded. Good thing the campgrounds had showers. I would have been better off in a tent what a waste of that much money.

I appologize for any inconvenience you had with this trailer. As discussed during the walk thru we do leave some water in both the black and gray tanks to allow for cleaning of the tanks and digestion of any materials with toss ins, we do what we can to clear tanks of any debris between customers but are not always able to make it perfect. As for the shower, thank you for letting us know of the issue so that we could remedy it, unfortunately it is a flaw in the design and even with a large amount of sealant water may still flow out of the shower area if sprayed into the seams at the corners of the showers.

We had a great trip and covered the state from Tri-Cities to Mt Vernon and the trailer pulled great. All systems functioned with no issues and the AC worked well on a 90+ degree days. Thanks for a great trip.

• Water heater plug not installed properly.
• Toilet was not clean. Had been over filled and the tube below the valve was impacted with feces.
• Leak under the sink
• Crumbs in cabinet
• Refrigerator shelves are rusty
• Table was filthy
• Load bar fell off

It was OK our trailer had some issues awning broke within the first day at camp other things weren’t available in the trailer, the sliding door between the cabin and the bedroom and also not having a TV in the unit. Other than that, it was good.
